    was passed today by the House of Representatives.  The bill provides for
    mandatory food labeling and collection of food allergy statistics.  The

<title>Bill H.R.3684 passed by Health Subcommittee</title>
<description>
    06/18/04 - The FALCPA has been returned to the House Committee on 
    Energy and Commerce after residing in the Subcommittee on Health since          December of last year, a sign that the bill may be moving toward a 
    final vote, depending on how the reconciliation process proceeds.

    In other news, Rep. allen from Maine has signed on bringing the new
    co-sponsor count to 54!</p>

    Ralph Regula (R-OH) joined the growing ranks of supporters for

    12/10/03 - At a childcare center in Manchester, John Kerry outlined a 
    three-point plan today to make kids safer and healthier and assure they enter
    school ready to learn. His plan includes a new Kids Safety Effort requiring
    safety labels for food allergens and mandatory testing of prescription drugs 
    used for treating children.
